Cancellation Policy
Please review this before paying your deposit — it's part of what you agree to when you book.
Deposits are non-refundable
The deposit paid to reserve your dates at The Lakehouse is non-refundable once received. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including changes in your plans, weather, illness, travel disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Your dates are held exclusively for you once a deposit is paid, which means we turn away other inquiries for that window. The non-refundable deposit reflects that commitment.
If we have to cancel
If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, we will refund any amounts you've paid in full.
