When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or book a stay, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, event type, guest count, preferred dates, and any message you send us.

When you pay a deposit or balance, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number or other payment card details ourselves.

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process bookings and payments, communicate with you about your reservation, and keep internal records of past and upcoming bookings.

We share information with a small number of service providers strictly to run this business: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending booking and confirmation emails), and Supabase (secure database hosting and admin authentication). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and security practices.

Google is used only for our own administrative sign-in and is never used to sign guests in or collect guest data on your behalf.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies for visitors. A session cookie is used only for administrative sign-in and does not apply to guests browsing or booking the site.

We retain inquiry and booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by reaching out through our Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
