The house sleeps 11 comfortably across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Events with a day guest list beyond that are common, the grounds and covered deck hold a much bigger crowd than the bedrooms do.

There's no flat nightly rate posted anywhere, on purpose. A two-night family stay and a three-day wedding takeover use the house completely differently, so pricing follows your actual headcount and dates rather than a one-size rate card. Fill out the quote form with both and we'll send back real numbers, not a range.
